Bartlett pears are yellow/green with slight redness. When not fully ripened they have a crunchy texture with a tarty flavour, when they are fully ripened they have a juicy and buttery texture with a sweet flavour. They have great vitamin C, potassium, and fibre content, and they have some iron.
